  1. A careful screening of experienced/first-timer au pair

  3. Draw up the contracts for all parties involved

  5. Follow-up host family and au pair throughout the duration of the au pair’s stay  
  6. Guidance, advice and support for au pairs and host families
  7. Possible assistance with applying for basic insurance, DigiD and healthcare allowance
  8. In the event of a mismatch, rejection by the IND or withdrawal of the au pair/hostfamily, all cost will be covered by the host family at all cost and will not be reimbursed

  1. Free workshops and training for au pairs in the Philippines

  3. Host families are offered several au pair profiles to select from
  4. Make arrangement for the interview between au pair and host family
  5. Guiding the au pair and host family regarding the necessary documentation needed
  6. Draw up the contracts for all parties involved
  7. Arrange and apply for the au pair’s visa
  8. Follow-up host family and au pair throughout the duration of the au pair’s stay
  9. Guidance, advice and support for au pairs and host families  
  10. In the event of a mismatch within 6 weeks after arrival, the possibility of replacing the au pair without additional agent fee, this excludes the visa application and IND costs
  11. Possible assistance with applying for basic insurance, DigiD and healthcare allowance

  5. Guiding the au pair and host family regarding the necessary documentation needed
  6. Draw up the contracts for all parties involved
  7. Arrange and apply for the au pair’s visa
  8. Follow-up host family and au pair throughout the duration of the au pair’s stay 
  9. Guidance, advice and support for au pairs and host families
  10. In the event of a mismatch within 6 weeks after arrival, the possibility of replacing the au pair without additional agent fee, this excludes the visa application and IND costs.

Additional costs for host families within the Netherlands

  • Home visits by Family aupair (one-time cost) with all new host families:
    Registration €75 and intake/housecall €150*(within Amsterdam)
    * there are additional costs depending on the distance and for application less than 6 weeks.
  • Extra (emergency) home visit on request host family and / or au pair minimum of €150 depending on the distance
  • Administration cost and visa/lege IND €750
  • Additional cost for Application, shorter than 6 weeks €100 (only if the candidate is already in Europe)
  • For ZZP, sole trader, BV and shareholders there are additional accountancy costs with a minimum of €60 This may differ from case to case.

 

Note: To be paid to or for the au pair:
  • Au Pair World insurance:

    johoinsurances.nl/naar-nederland/au-pair
  • Tuberculosis test  €45-95 to be paid to the GGD
  • Pocket money €340 per month
  • Mobile phone sim card around ± €15 per month 
  • Dutch Railways - Free weekend card €34,95 per month (optinal)
  • Language course around €340 per year (must be offered at all times)
  • Museum year ticket €64,90 per year (optional)
  • Legalization of contract at the Philippine Embassy €22,50 one time cost (only if the au pair is departing from the Philippines)
  • Sending a legalized contract via DHL / UPS / Fedex around €80 one time cost (only if the au pair is departing from the Philippines)
  • Au pair event (4-5x per year) cost depending on the destination / program
  • Return flight costs can vary greatly depending on the airline, dates, departure point of the au pair etc. Host family must at all times book a return ticket to the Philippines ± €1000 to €1600
